Training uniform (gi) included with 8 Gi and No-Gi class options to choose from each week. (Class times available on Timetable page).

Our early morning options at 6:15 AM make it convenient to learn jiu jitsu before work, while our evening 7:30 PM classes give you something to look forward to after work, plus we offer Saturday and Sunday classes at 12 PM also.
